Cheers to a fun filled week of Happy Halloween festivities!
Lanes preschool had a parade and carnival. He wasn't digging the fact that he couldn't roam and do as he pleased without staying with the class. Half of the time was filled with tears because he WANTED TO GO BOWLING! We were both being tried of our patients that morning. It did end up being enjoyable once he got what he wanted (darn kid.)

We went to the State Fair. Love, love the State Fair! Especially happy hour, half price entrance plus $1 rides, food and games!

Sporting his spooky Walmart wear
Saturday was trick or treating day. Lane was ALVIN from Alvin and the chipmunks, not a baseball player like grandpa thought. Rusty was a GARDEN GNOME, not Santa Clause like Lane thought:) Lane had his costume picked out many months ago. I saw Rusty's little number at the store and laughed my head off then threw it in my cart. The beard and hat lasted a whole 10 seconds but he was still so so cute!

The only bummer was the lack of Butterfingers this year. Not a single one!

You always come up with the cutest costumes!!
So glad we got to see you last night!
Those costumes ROCK my friend! I have to admit I thought Rusty was one of the seven dwarfs...closer than Santa I guess :)
Oh shoot! I have Butterfinger ice cream. I should've gotten it out with the Mint Chocolate Chip and Vanilla. Well, come on over!!
I am a stalker I know, but I saw your blog thru Val's and I was so happy! You are so cute and im having so many flashbacks from when you were my leader! Your kids are so big its crazy! Hope everything is going good!
hahah a LOVE the costumes!
Martin and I are loving how Rusty is licking his beard haha. You guys are the best! Love you!
Alvin *ahem* the baseball player ... and the gnome aka Santa, look great! Sad that he wouldn't keep on the beard... that was classic. Rusty looks soooo much like you. Spitting image if you ask me... and here I thought you had had a Goodman baby!
Sooo... I'm really excited because I'll be going to the mall in t-minus 2 hours to see if Urban Outfitters has that cute ruffled shirt that Marcie has! A friend just bought one there off the clearance rack and told me about it so I'm praying there's one in my size left. It's really sad how excited I am about it.
Ok.... Duff being a macaroni?!! Hilarious. How do you come up with this stuff? Your comments are my favorite. I seriously laughed all day about {O'Doyle rules}. Really... I laughed all day. You crack me up!
Both pretty creative costumes if you ask me!! Gage will love to see the Alvin costume.
I love the state fair. When I was young I was able to invite a couple of friends there for a few b day parties. I didn't know they had happy hour.
Oh my goodness, I'm DYING laughing! That garden gnome costume is the coolest thing ever and I'm sure that Rusty will love you for it when he gets older. :)
