I love a day at the waterparks.
So today was a great day!
I chose to go to the 7 Peaks in SLC over Provo (even though we were staying in Provo)
because I heard mass amounts of people come to Provo for the 4th.
I was worried it would be super crowded.
My decision ended up being a good one because the Provo park ended
up being closed due to issues with their chlorine pumps.
I love when that happens!
On our way there we spied a Swig.
I have a good husband and he pulled right in the drive thru!
Their dirt ball cookies are on point.
Mmm, mmm.
A box of cookies later we were back on the road:)
We pulled up and the place looked pretty dated.
If you know Sunsplash, think 20 years older!
Once you were inside it was fine.
We found a big shady spot under a tree to put our things.
We lathered up and off we went for hours and hours of fun in the sun!
Its hard to see, but Lane is dangling from those ropes by the blue pole.

The boys, especially Lane, couldn't get enough of this rope swing.
I gave it a try.
Totally underestimated my upper body strength.
I'm lucky I didn't face plop and make a complete fool of myself!!
I think my kids ducked their heads and walked off in embarrassment of
their mom trying to be "cool".
Rusty is on the left, I am on the right.
I named this slide "nose enema"
That drop is a lot farther down then it looks!
Lunch break!
I was eyeing the most delicious looking french fries and fry sauce
from different peoples trays.
However, the deep fryer decided to break down.
Womp, womp.
We had to suffice with potato chips.
More play time
We rented a 3 man tube.
The slides were wicked fast.
I was at the bottom with Lindi and Lucy watching
everybody get worked.
I couldn't believe they didn't make you wear helmets.
It was border line dangerous!
Here they are at the beginning.
When they got to the bottom, Lane FLEW off!
I SO wished I had my camera to capture it.
Right before he got launched into outer space.
He survived:)
At the end of a wet and wild day!
I don't know why, but Mexican food sounds so good after a long day of swimming.
I googled some restaurants in the area and this one had 5 stars.
It was 10 minutes away so we decided to give it a whirl.
So, so yummy.
I took a picture so I wouldn't forget the name of it!
The thing Casey was looking forward to the most was NIELSENS!!
Bumbleberry concrete, oh how we missed you so!
Why oh why did you have to close down in AZ?!
Scraping the melted sides.
He had that cup empty in 2 minutes flat.
Della got her first bite of custard from the Gods.
She would have eaten the whole thing if I let her!
We looked out the window and could see a temple up on the hill.
It's funny because we drove by the Jordan River temple on the way to Nielsens.
That area is saturated in temples I tell ya!
We drove up to check it out.
It was the Oquirrh temple.
These 3, always willing to take pictures.
Lane was willing if he could be on top of the car.
Actually, I was trying to get the sunset and he was in the way!
The neat thing about this temple is that it is so high up on a hill,
you can see 3 other temples in the valley!
Draper, Jordan River and Salt Lake.
You can see one below but I don't know which one it is.
Gotta dab:)
And once again, this was taken around 9pm.
It made me wish we had longer days in the Summer!
