Small Town 4th of July

 

We had heard how magical Star Valley 4th of July's are.
They weren't wrong!

The wives and children hit up the parade, while the boys and
men went golfing!

Word on the street is that it hadn't rained on the 4th in years.
We weren't sad about the weather.
It was actually perfect since we didn't have swimming on the agenda!

It gave them lots use of their new sweatshirts they for
sure wouldn't get to wear back home anytime soon!

Do we look like twins? 
Ha!

We got to the parade first, so it was fun to have more

cousins trickle in.

Which meant more posing for pictures!

Do we look like sisters?!

It was a big crowd!

They are about 20 minutes away from our house.

They remind me of Ballerina Farm, on a smaller scale.

I love their tallow.

They gave out legit parade treats, mini bags

of their beef jerky, score!!

 

We were warned that we were sitting in the splash zone.

I took off, but these crazy kids decided to take their chances with the hoses!

Loved the flags lining the entrance to the ranch.

Rachelle invited us over for lunch.
They made pizzas in their pizza oven.
We were bummed that the ranch carnival was canceled due to rain.
This was a nice plan B.

The only pic I have to show is the pile of shoes at the front door.

We spent the rest of the day at my parents new house!!

Its an oasis in its own, relaxing way.

We were cracking up watching them play roman candle wars, 

while my mom was having a mini panic attack.

This is country life!

All of them running while trying to film on their phones at the same time.

So pretty!

This was not a planned reunion!

But funny how everybody but David and Abbey were here at the same time!

When you get a bunch of Lindbloms together, you know its

going to end with fireworks!

So many memories of us going out to their house growing up in the middle of nowhere.
