It seems to be the new tradition to head to SUNSPLASH the first week of Summer!
It could also be that our pogo passes expire that week.
I am so glad I checked, because I thought we had another week.
Nothing like using things the day they expire, phew!
Stephanie couldn't make it this year, so it was me and 4 hooligan boys
tearing the place up from opening until closing time!
Having older boys that can haul the big, heavy tubes up those freaking long stairs was such
a perk this year!
2 words for you SunSplash: Conveyor belts.
I let them loose for a little bit and found them at the bottom of most slides.
We convened for nachos and fries then stuck together for the rest of the afternoon.
They had me going down Bonzi, and the toilet bowl time, and time again.
It was fun!
I'm glad they let the old lady hang with them:)
They were starving, rightfully so.
We ordered pizza at the castle for dinner.
Scarfed it down with a blink of an eye.
While eating, we watched the hood rats filing in for Night Splash.
I hate stereo typing, but these people are a whole different breed.

It was a bummer because it became so dang crowded.
I was most looking forward to my Iceburg shake!
AKA, the tallest ice cream creation alive.
These were mini's!

These were mini's!
And yep, no sharesies here.
The look of amazement when I told them they could have their own was priceless.
We found "beach front" chairs by the wave pool and inhaled our frozen goodness.
I forgot how good those things are!
I stayed put while these boys got in line and swam in the wave pool over and over for the
last 2 hours before closing.
I love me some SunSplash.
Gold hula hoop earrings, major bare bum cheeks, tweenager romances and all:)
We celebrated to the best Father there ever was!
We had crepes ready to devour after he got home from church.
This is out of order, but works perfectly because I forgot to add it to my Mothers Day post.
He loves it when I dote on him, so away I go!

If you don't know Casey, you should know that he is one to always make people feel loved.
He volunteered to be in charge of the Mothers Day gifts given out on Sunday.
He had exactly in his mind what he thought these women in our ward needed to feel special.
Even down to the raspberries and lemons in the water to look pretty.
25 pies later, we had a a lovely 3rd hour of visiting and pie eating for all of the women.
He went above and beyond and everyone was most grateful!

Look at these choices! There was enough for everyone to try one of each.
The other wonderful men who helped set up.
I wish I got a picture of the tables with roses on them!
We have a one in a million dad!
It was Grandma Anne's birthday so the older girl cousins took her to Gecko Grill for dinner.
We grabbed Handles for dessert and ate it at her house while we visited away.
It was extra nice to see Emily, who lives in CA.

The Newtons in our ward were moving to Missouri. They were an amazing family and everyone was sad to see them go. We had a goodbye party for them at the Rudds house. Here are some of the best Windsor women that I love dearly!
These are some of our lazy days of Summer I captured:
Those pouty lips.
Ah, love them!
I don't know what they were day dreaming about, but my mamma heart
burst with adoration for these 2.
They can push each others buttons, but moments like this make me excited for
the future.
Like when we can all go shopping together without having to pack
snacks to keep one content, lol!
I
For some reason this little one did not want to go to bed.
Which is really weird for her, she goes down so well normally.
I put her into our bed and in about 5 minutes she was out.
Just wanted to snuggle with her daddy, I guess.
The boys took turns going to work with Dad.
This is a wives perk to a husband in the construction industry!
It can be, take your son to work day, whenever you want:)
Last month for swimming lessons!
She is a smart booger and knew exactly when it was ring time.
I think its because licorice follows ring time.
Her big belly in that tight swim suit, she kills me with her cuteness!
I want to squeeze her through the computer screen.
Her belly matched that poor momma who was due any day.
That's when you quit swim lessons.
I signed Lindi up for just one month.
She didn't really need it, but she begged for a turn.
She better thank me for eternity.
Sitting in the wretched heat for an extra 30 minutes is an act of love.
Our dear neighbor friends sent their first son on his mission to Peru!
It was weird to think that he was graduating high school and leaving.
Aaron was always out with the kids, playing football and what not.
This was the night he got set apart.
It will be interesting to see how tall these younger boys have grown when he gets back!
Casey and I were going for a run.
Lindi insisted she run with us instead of sitting in the stroller.
She lasted a pretty long time, I was impressed!
I snuck a picture of Lindi sitting in the scripture chair in primary.
Della followed right behind her, thinking she was a big girl.
She sat right next to her during the whole opening exercises.
