Day 6!

We can't go to Utah without going to Lagoon!
I think my kids like it more than Disneyland.
Maybe that's because half of them have still yet to go to Disneyland?

At any rate, it was a much anticipated day for them.
Maybe it was because they knew their cousins were flying in to meet us there?

I was excited because we were going to eat at the Little America brunch buffet before we left.
I think that is one of my love languages, brunch buffets.
I'm not even a breakfast person!
Maybe it's because I don't have to cook and clean it up?

Having been to Lagoon last year, it was like we didn't skip a beat!
They knew what they wanted to ride and which order to ride them.

Even these big kids get a kick out of the "kiddie" rides.

I am amazed at how my girls are thrill seekers.
I remember the boys being big wimps at this age when it came to stuff like this.
Nope, there was no siting out for this one.

I made the mistake of putting her on the inside.
Every time we spun around she kept getting shot in the face with water!

I felt so bad!
I tried to block the water but it wasn't working.
She never fussed, just took the blow each time.
Her face, a little confused.

 I caved.
That was $15 I'll never see again.

Not 30 minutes later was it half melted off her face.
What a transformation! LOL!
The dip n dot goober teeth are the icing on the cake.

I enjoyed a delicious snack in the shade with a napping baby while the
others got soaked on the log ride.
Perfect timing, Della!

The Holmes had their uncle meet up with us since he lives in SLC.
It was nice having him there to take the boys on big rides since Justin was working.
He even bought them tickets to do the sky coaster!

As they were getting suited up, I was thinking to myself how glad that it wasn't me
getting ready to be hoisted up to my death!

I was having a panic attack for them at this moment!

After they were safely on ground and listening to all the excitement, Jarron came walking up and slapped tickets in mine and Stephanie's hand!
NOOO!!
Nope, no way. Not happening!

Somehow, someway I found myself getting
suited up in a flying vest myself.

It all happened so fast.
I was not mentally prepared for this!

We literally were clinging to each others arms the whole way up to the top.
I made Stephanie pull the cord.
Her brother in law, her responsibility, ha!

Once the big drop was over, we got brave and put our hands in the air.
It was fun in the end.
But I'm good to stay on solid ground:)

I deserved a treat after that!

We love our Lagoon buddies!
