We had a big Kindergarten this year!
Which meant shots:)
She actually rocked the whole appointment!
The week leading up to it, she kept asking of we got to go to the doctor that day.
No worries in the least bit.
It felt more like a play date to her. lol!
Not so much for her older brother.
Unfortunately you need shots for 6th grade.
You would think turning 12 would mature you.
Luckily he got into the car on his own will.
Getting out after we pulled up to the office was an ordeal!
I was patting myself on the back once we actually got into the waiting room
without causing a scene.
I checked us in and went to sit next to Lane and that's when he decides
he couldn't take it anymore.
He stood up and was ready to bolt!!
I lunged and grabbed his arm, shoved him back in his seat, and basically had to sit on him!
Oh my goodness, it was a mothers worst nightmare!
He is pretty much the size of me and strong.
I really didn't want to have to tackle him to the ground!
I calmed him down once again and baby stepped him back to his exam room.
Thank the heavens for an AMAZING pediatrician, Dr. Leavitt.
He is so kind and patient.
We have been seeing him ever since Lane was born and he better NEVER retire!
I only managed to take a picture of Lindi on meet the teacher night.
My handsome 3rd and 6th graders!
The only year I will have 3 kids in the same school.
Rusty has Mrs. Greaves, Lane, Mrs, Turley, and Lindi Mrs. Stradling.
Lindi is half day, afternoon Kindergarten.
It is the BEST little class with only 11 children it. 9 of them being girls!
It is smaller than her preschool class.
I love the extra attention she gets because of this.
First day of REAL homework.
She could hardly contain herself.
Growing up so fast!
