Part ONE of the craziest week of my life!
The last week of November was a doozy! Thursday was Thanksgiving. Which I'll admit, wasn't that bad. I didn't do any turkey trots, I made my assigned dessert the night before and Casey was in charge of making the potatoes. All I had to do was shower and look presentable! For the first time EVER, we had Thanksgiving with just my immediate family! No slumming it at Pioneer park with "stranger" relatives. It was awesome, the way Thanksgiving should be! We ate on fancy, glass plates and drank out of goblets. Even dessert was served on real dishes. We ate like kings and even went around the table and shared what we were most thankful for. Only you couldn't state the obvious like family...because that is boring and we all know we are thankful for family, ha! The kids played outside in the glorious weather. Grandpa made Grandma nervous by introducing crack the egg on the tramp. Rusty was the first to come off crying, but thank you Olive for consoling him and making him feel better! Stephanie was snapping shots on her professional camera and my mom on her video camera. We were well documented that day! We started in the backyard with trampoline and skitters and ended in the front with skateboards, football and basketball! So much we have to be thankful for!!

I forgot about your Pioneer Park tradition. Funniest thing ever!
K, that picture of me with my camera made me laugh. I wish I had remembered it for the dinner part! Lindi's dance moves were my favorite. I loved Thanksgiving this year!
